| 英文描述 | A bull that was small for its age had persistent glucosuria in the absence of hyperglycemia, along with acidosis, hypophosphatemia, hypokalemia, and hypochloremia. There was isosthenuria, although the bull could concentrate its urine during a water deprivation test. Fanconi syndrome in humans and dogs is characterized in part by dysfunction of the proximal renal tubule leading to impaired resorption of amino acids, glucose, phosphate, urate, and bicarbonate. The laboratory data in this case were consistent with a defect in renal tubular resorption, and a presumtive diagnosis of Fanconi syndrome was made. No treatment was described. |
